Sports also allows her to practice different skills in a fun and engaging way. Daniela is almost five years old and can’t wait for today’s carpentry experience - she loves building things! Carpentry experiences allow Daniela and her friends to extend their learning through real-life experiences. While participating in carpentry, Daniela is learning to problem solve, experiment and predict. She is also improving her hand eye coordination, manipulative skills and muscular strength. We strive to offer high community involvement with opportunities for the children to get out and about in the local community as well as developing the partnership with the school.
I also want to say a big shout out to Linda the Acting Centre Manager for running the centre on her own the past 6 months, you are always so positive to the parents, teachers, and children. They really respect you, us as parents can see, and my son just adores you, we will miss coming here, as we leap in to school this year. My daughter has been attending daycare since she was 6 months old, and we have been through around four different centres.
Working collaboratively as a team, the educators display qualities such as positivity, kindness and, most importantly, a desire to help every child thrive. The educators at Goodstart Early Learning follow an evidence-based curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework. Informed by world-leading research, practices and techniques, the curriculum encourages the children’s natural curiosity and engages them in their learning journey. We  are proud to offer the highest quality early education and care, where the safety and wellbeing of our children are paramount. Individual and collaborative play helps children to develop cognitive skills through learning how to problem solve, think creatively, and concentrate. Play also supports literacy and numeracy development, by learning new concepts such as counting, measuring, vocabulary and identifying letters and words.

Our ARTS curriculum empowers children to be creative and persistent using real-world tools, open-ended materials, and imaginative play. Through music, movement, and drama, children retell stories, collaborate, and express themselves. These experiences build strong language, literacy, and creative skills both in the classroom and the wider community. Our families love hearing about their child’s progress and the experiences they’re having day to day. We share these moments through centre newsletters, our Xplor App, one-on-one meetings, and at various centre events.
