The two managers are amazing and always helping out with any requirements. The team at Kip has taken such good care of my very energetic and playful golden retriever. His tail wags each morning he arrives, and he doesn't want to leave when I pick him up. They have also been great at monitoring and managing is behavioural "quirks" (e.g. trying to eat his tail!).
