Child Care Bayswater North

Child Care Bayswater North

Starting child care is a big milestone, and a little preparation can help your child feel more comfortable and confident. Our centre includes six well-appointed rooms with separate nappy change and toileting areas, supporting hygiene, comfort and age-appropriate learning. The orientation process is flexible to meet a family’s individual needs, though we recommend two to three orientation sessions before the child’s first full day. At Skole, we make your child’s health and safety our top priority.
Goodstart was founded on a vision of giving children the best possible start in life through access to quality early learning. We're Australia's largest provider of early learning long daycare centre and care, and all of our profits are reinvested back into our centres, our programs for children, and our people. For your child, Preschool and Kindergarten at Goodstart is a great start for school readiness.

From same-day childcare in Bayswater to ongoing nanny support, families can access trusted childcare near them without the stress of rigid schedules or long waiting lists. Your child will learn about good nutrition to form healthy eating habits. We do this by growing fruit, vegetables and herbs in our centre garden. We respect and follow culturally appropriate food guidelines as we educate the children about healthy eating and nutrition.
Most children's education and care services will have a National Quality Standard (NQS) rating. These are one way of helping families choose the best service for their children. Find quality children’s education and care services to give your child the best start. Most of our child care and  early education centres offer nappies and wipes, sunscreen and hats, as well as nutritious meals prepared by our in-house cook.
We have an annual calendar of events inviting families to participate in various celebrations. Families are welcome throughout the year, and we offer parent-educator meetings on request. We also provide a local community board and external services as needed. Our experienced team includes three Early Childhood Teachers, creating a supportive environment that nurtures each child’s development. Our centre, it’s educators and the outside community is proud of the inclusive curriculum provided to support families and children with additional needs.

Our Centres are home to different services for children and families. Find out more about our Centres, including accessibility information. Both centres are open 49 weeks of the year, closing for 1 day during the year for professional development and approximately two weeks between the end of December and early January. Yes — Bayswater is now open with availability across all rooms for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
From 2025, both 3- and 4-year-old children will receive 15 hours per week of funded kindergarten. To ensure that your child receives 15 hours per week, they must attend 3 days a week. We run a kindergarten program for 3- and 4-year-olds who attend long day care at our Centres. Our kindergarten program is delivered by qualified early childhood teachers for 5 hours a day during day care hours. Excursions support children to explore and get to know different spaces outside of their immediate world at the centre. We run a variety of excursions and incursions to enhance learning and development.

Many families face long waitlists, limited availability, or centres that don’t align with their schedule. The staff, from nursery to toddlers, are amazing and management is very helpful. The center is clean and fresh, and offers great learning tools for my two children. We have been attending this center for nearly two years and I aim to have my children transition to school from this center.
Book a tour to experience the centre and confirm availability for your child. Meraki Early Learning Centre would like  to respectfully acknowledge the past and present traditional owners of this land on which we are meeting. We also acknowledge the contributions of Aboriginal Australians and non-Aboriginal Australians as we move forward walking together respecting the history, cultures, and contributions to education for all young Australians. Eligible families can use the Child Care Subsidy to reduce out-of-pocket fees.
