Bought my trailer on Gold Coast from Bruce about two years ago good service then, just had trailer serviced, again excellent help. All in all, the trailer (though needed time and money to make safe and legal after purchase) is a worthy purchase and would buy from them again. We bought a duel axel, caged, hot dipped galvanised, override braked, 8×5 trailer in Dec 2020 (8 months old at the time of this review).It drives straight and tows well. All our trailers are strictly manufactured and conform to stringent Australian Design Regulations (ADR) and Australian Safety Standards (AS) as well as the Motor Vehicle Standards ACT 1989.
Trailers Direct are by far the best in building a good trailer, they knew exactly what I needed and build it fast. Totally positive , trailer is robust, well made and exactly as specified electronic disc brakes on all four wheels a big positive and well made steel mudguards not plastic as with others. Altogether a great package at a competitive price. Fast, direct service, and what seems to be a great product so far. Great guys – purchased for our electrical company.
It appears to be well built and came with extras which were add on’s with other brands I looked at.( eg spare wheel and jockey wheel). And importantly it was competitively priced. Very happy with my dual axle tipper trailer. It seems more solid compared to an ordinary branded one. Great communication and customer service.
